•> I “used” to be dyslexic until I educated myself. Actually, to this day, I do not even know the alphabet and have only learned the months of the year in order over the last few years. My creativity helped me explore my mind. I am full of ADHD, among other things. Sometimes my ADHD causes my mind to spiral out of control. I must do self-care to save myself; otherwise, I go deep into the darkness. Simple tools that take only a short time daily can reduce this significantly, in fact, to a much higher state of mind. You do not just have to have ADHD, but however, you may be feeling.

We have fog in our minds, overthink, and get stuck on certain stress points that we cannot shrug off. Getting rid of this with simple key tasks is a great start, It will release so much weight in your thinking. Go to sleep with positive manifestations, let your mind focus on positivity as you sleep, and do the same when you wake up. Train to sit in peace, meditate, get high on your supply with breathwork, and change your fitness and the way your body looks in just 16 minutes per day. Set daily goals to start achieving while making yourself feel like you are accomplishing something. Do a series of written tasks that will change the way you think, and then finally, a series of affirmations to open your mind to a whole new level of confidence. All of this can be done within 20 minutes per day with all of the above. It will help you establish a wonderful daily routine. I say it’s wonderful because it can truly brighten up your mind and body in such a simple way.
